  • Questions to ask when contacting your insurance carrier about mental health benefits:
    • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
    • Is Dr. Kimberlyn Watson/Integrated Psychological & Behavioral Health Services, LLC in network?
    • Do I have a deductible (the out of pocket amount due before insurance carrier begins to pay out benefits) with my plan?  If so, how much is it and it been met?  When does my deductible reset (e.g., calendar year or plan year)?
    • Do I have a co-payment (fixed amount due at every session)?  What is my co-payment?  Do I have a co-insurance payment (variable amount based on services or plan parameters) and what is it?
    • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • Self-Pay: Discuss with Dr. Watson.
